ESSENTIAL OILS
​While our massage oils, body oils, space sprays, face oils, bath salts and clay masks are all made from natural and raw materials, it's important to handle them with care. Please keep the following safety tips in mind when using these products:

Essential oils should never be ingested.​

Always keep essential oils out of reach of children and pets.

Essential oils can be volatile and flammable. Keep them in a cool dark place away from direct light. Keep away from any flame or heat sources.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or taking medication, consult your professional health care provider before using essential oils.

Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin or sensitive areas.

Discontinue use if you experience a rash or irritation.

Not recommended for children under six.

Do not apply to the skin undiluted.

BABIES / CHILD
For our children's blends we use a lot less essential oils in these products which makes these blends quite diluted. We use raw materials so care should always be taken when choosing to use essential oils. For external use only. Not suitable for infants. Consult with a qualified practitioner prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin or sensitive areas. Discontinue use if you experience a rash or irritation. Not recommended for children under six. Do not apply to the skin undiluted. Store in a cool dark place. Keep out of reach of children. We recommend patch testing first.
CLAY MASKS
External use only. We are unable to test every skin type so may not be suitable for some. Consultation with a suitably qualified practitioner is recommended prior to use. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin or sensitive areas. Discontinue use if you experience a rash or irritation. Do not apply to the skin undiluted. Store in a cool dark place. Keep out of reach of children. We recommend patch testing first.
CANDLE
If intending to burn, place candle in a heat proof dish with enough space to catch the remaining wax. Because this is made from natural material ensure this candle is never left unattended. Ensure space is clear around it. Keep out of reach of children.
TEA
Made from raw materials some of these herbs may not be suitable for everyone. Check with a professional health care provider if taking medication. If pregnant our Anti-Inflammatory tea has juniper berries and is not recommended for use during pregnancy. If unsure always seek professional medical advice.

Shipping your order

We are a small family run business so we have decided we will offer 1 x weekly shipping time slot. If you want your order within the week all orders must be placed before 12pm Wednesday. This may be a little different than most business's where they process orders constantly. The majority of our products are handmade and sourced from our family farm and is labor intensive. With this we need time to grow, tend and process our resources directly. All orders received each week received before Wednesday will be shipped the following day or arranged for collection. If there are special time requirements for an order, we will do our best to fulfill them. So please get in contact with us directly or leave a message regarding a specific occasion.
However, sometimes things can happen, and it might take a little longer than expected. We’ll always do our best to keep you up to date if we are experiencing major delays getting orders ready.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
Shipping is FREE when you spend over $150, otherwise it is just $10 flat rate for the Urban Tracked Courier which is usually overnight, and for Rural may take a few more days. These are based on maximum weight of 3kg if a package exceeds this, we will base the shipping on the weight of the products.

Gift Boxes will be charged for shipping based on weight so please contact us directly when ordering our Gift Boxes, otherwise we will be in contact with you.

If you live locally, you can also select to collect order or ask about our local delivery service around Warkworth, Matakana, Omaha and Leigh area.

Please note we can't ship to PO Boxes.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
We ship internationally to Australia only currently. Delivery time is approximately 2-10 days, although if you're outside a main center, it may take a little longer. Shipping is $25 on orders except for our gift boxes. Our gift boxes will be charged for shipping based on weight so please contact us directly if you are ordering our gift boxes from Australia.
If you are outside of NZ or Australia please contact us directly as we may be able to organise a special shipment.

Returns

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
Here at 3 Sacred Generations, we strive to provide you with quality handmade products. If your package arrives with damaged or faulty goods or you believe that the incorrect product or quantity has been sent, please contact us within 10 DAYS of purchase so we can put it right. In cases of damaged goods please keep all packaging and shipping materials to enable us to make a claim from our freight distributor. We may require photos or for items to be returned to us for further investigation.
REFUNDS
We will issue a refund, a partial refund, or replacement product at our cost, where the product is faulty or damaged. If returning the item/s for further investigation, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We are unable to refund any shipping fees.
We do not issue refunds where you have decided the product is 'not a fit for you' or you don't like using it. We suggest purchasing a smaller size to try our products first before purchasing a larger size or we suggest gifting it on to someone else.
We are unable to issue refunds for items ordered incorrectly, due to the nature of many of these being 'cosmetic', so please choose mindfully.
If an item is damaged after delivery, we are unable to offer a refund. Where a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery, insufficient information, or incorrect address, no shipping fees will be refunded. You may be charged additional fees for redelivery.
The majority of our products packaging is glass, and it does break. We do not provide refunds for bottles you drop or break or fall and break in your home. We suggest placing them in a safe place where they are less likely to get knocked over. Our glass can withstand normal use however, any glass dropped is likely to break.
